Web Site Final 005 Larry Miller, Owner and President

Larry Miller founded Corinthian Media in 1974 as an alternative to large agencies. He stressed hands on account management by senior people, aggressive negotiations and non-traditional media plans.

After thirty years in the business, this philosophy is even more valid today.  Larry’s management style was always to lead by example, and he continues to actively participate in buying, strategy and client services.  He continues to lead his group, always thinking outside of the box.

Recognized as one of the leaders of the independent media services, Larry is also a noted philanthropist through the Corinthian Foundation’s contributions to numerous causes.  He was named “Man of the Year” by the Starlight Foundation, a group dedicated to granting the wishes of terminally ill children.

Larry is a graduate of Columbia College and received an MBA from Columbia University.


Ellen Final Ellen Carry, Executive Vice President, Account Services

Ellen joined Corinthian Media in 1989 in new business development, and quickly moved into her current role of Executive Vice President of Account Services where she is responsible for the supervision and direction of all aspects of the Account Services Group.

She has also served as Senior Management on key accounts including GAP, WCBS-TV and Calvin Klein Cosmetics.  Ellen’s broad experience has provided her with a strong background in overall media strategy and negotiation. She has continued to broaden her expertise while at Corinthian Media, working on local, national and direct response advertisers.

Prior to joining Corinthian Media, Ellen spent ten years at CBS in the Television Stations Division.  While at CBS she was responsible for financial planning and forecasting for the five owned and operated stations, followed by an eight year term as an Account Executive, handling agency and account business, as well as developing new business for WCBS-TV New York.

Ellen received an MBA from Columbia University in Finance and Marketing.  She holds a BA from Barnard College in English literature.


Tina Final 3 Tina Snitzer, Executive Vice President, Buying

Tina has been Director of all local broadcast buying since joining Corinthian Media in 1984. Her expertise in local television and radio buying has been fully utilized since she is responsible for directing the negotiation strategy of her local buying group and buying key client markets.

Prior to joining Corinthian Media, Tina spent twelve years at Media Communications, Inc. as Executive Vice President.  In this position she handled all radio and television negotiations for a long list of diverse accounts.

Tina is a graduate of UCLA with a BA in English literature.


Larry Schneiderman Final Larry Schneiderman, Executive Vice President, Direct Response

Larry was recruited by Corinthian Media in 1987 to oversee and grow the Corinthian Media Direct Response Unit, which is a key component of the company’s overall business.

Larry is a hands on manager who personally handles direct response buying for national television and important client markets.  He is very involved in the strategy and direction of all direct response planning and buying.

During the past twenty-five years, Larry has probably bought more direct response broadcast than anyone in the industry.  He was among the first to advertise records, magazines, videos, book clubs and exercise products on television.  He was a pioneer in the use of cable as a direct response vehicle.  Prior to his position at Corinthian Media, Larry was at Wunderman, Ricotta Kline where he rose to Vice President of Broadcast Media.

Larry holds a degree in Bachelor of Communication Arts from New York Institute of Technology.


Bob Final 3 Bob Klein, Executive Vice President, New Business and Trade

Bob Klein joined Corinthian Media in 1985 as Vice President of New Business. In addition to new business development, Bob heads up Corinthian Media’s Barter Division, Corinthian Trading, whose purpose is to turn excess inventory into cash or usable assets.

Prior to joining Corinthian Media Bob had extensive experience in television and radio sales.  He began his career at a radio station in Baltimore, where he was rapidly promoted to Local Sales Manager.  Shortly after that he was recruited to join ABC radio in the local sales department of their owned and operated station WRIF-FM Detroit.  After two more years of honing his radio skills, Bob joined the local sales team of the NBC affiliate WWJ-TV in Detroit, and later moved to ABC-TV National Sales, working in Detroit, Chicago and New York.

Bob is a graduate of University of Maryland where he graduated with honors.  While working in Detroit, Bob furthered his education by attending Detroit’s Graduate School of Business.


Ann Final Ann Mazzini, Senior Vice President, Account Services

Ann’s extensive knowledge of media strategy and buying, coupled with her relentless negotiating style, makes her the perfect Account Manager for clients that need results.  At Corinthian Media she keeps all of her clients happy, from retail to entertainment.  Currently she handles many Broadway shows. Her area of expertise is media negotiation which she puts to use working on Broadway shows, ShopRite and Lord & Taylor.  Past clients have included media giants like Clear Channel radio stations, Bordens and Value City Department stores.

Ann’s career began at Compton Advertising where she moved up the ranks to the position of Associate Media Director doing media buying and planning for clients including P&G and British Air. She left to pursue a more entrepreneurial career path as the Media Director of Zadoc Media an independent direct response agency where she further expanded her skills in negotiations and client servicing. Following her time at Zadoc she spent a few years doing media consulting and freelance buying at Levine Huntley and The Mediators.

Ann is a graduate of Hunter College with a BA in Communications.


mary Final1 Mary Cannon, Senior Vice President, Buying

Mary manages the daily activities of the Spot Buying Department, working closely with the Account Services Department to ensure that client goals are met. She is responsible for assignment of markets, setting deadlines and the delivery of client specifications. In addition to her management responsibilities, Mary negotiates key client markets, works on new business accounts and is a regular participant in the company management meetings.

While the majority of her professional experience is on the agency side, Mary worked in the sales department of WCBS-TV for over two years and got a close-up look at the station side. During her professional tenure at Corinthian Media, Mary has been involved in all aspects of the company business and buying systems.

Mary received an Associate Degree in Advertising and Communication from Fashion Institute of Technology and a BA in TV and Film Production from New Jersey City University.


Jess Final Jessica Penney, Account Director, Account Services

Jessica is dedicated to seeing that her client’s needs are met. Never flustered, even under the most demanding circumstances, she is an asset to the Account Services department. Multi-talented from the analytical to the creative, she is able to assist her clients at many levels. Currently Jessica handles several accounts including International Culinary Center, Simon and Schuster, Lord & Taylor and Papa Johns. A client list that ranges from retail, to entertainment to publishing.

Home grown, Jessica started as a billing assistant and has moved through the ranks to her current position.

Jessica is a graduate of Montclair State University with a BA in Speech Communication.
